Dividends and Issue Premium

During the year 2019, Acerinox, S.A. has paid to its shareholders:

- Dividend for the amount of 0.30 euros gross per share on the 5th June, 2019

- Issue Premium for the amount of 0.20 euros per share on the 5th July 2019
